The final report by the trinational independent task force is now available.

US loses appeal on cotton

Good to see that the WTO Appellate Body upheld the decision on US support for cotton farmers. The WTO web site has lots of information about the findings and conclusions [PDF], if you are interested in learning more than what's reported in the press accounts. This is an important case partly because cotton is a hot issue in WTO negotiations.
