    One thing I note missing in NAFTA and most discussions is the lack of enhanced rights for individual citizens. Any EU citizen can go and work in any EU country; the EU isn’t just about enhanced corporate and government trade, it’s about citizens too. Why shouldn’t we get the same thing? The only thing close is the TN class of visa for working in the US which are not adequate.

    I don’t know much about NAFTA, but what I do know makes me frown. The EU is leading the way on movement of natural persons within the EU. Worldwide movement of natural persons is being negotiated at the WTO.
