I want iTunes Music Store in Canada!

Honestly, why isn't the iTunes Music Store available in Canada yet? It's in the USA, the UK, France and Germany. What about the other countries in the G-7? What about my wants?

One of the instructors for MPA 809: Management in the Public Sector is retired Brigadier-General William Richard. I enjoyed his discussion of leadership today. During that discussion, he noted that one challenge faced by leaders is to know how to control their emotions (including body language). Do you know of any books or articles on body language that might help me better understand the language?

I attended an information session on the Accelerated Economist Training Program today. It's exactly what I'm looking for. I think that I'll make it through the first screening, but they only take 14 applicants from a pool of 900 or so.

This column by Chantal Hebert is worth reading. I think that the Bloc will support the throne speech, not because it necessarily agrees with the Liberals, but because it cannot substantially improve its position in the House of Commons by causing another election. The more likely scenario is that the Bloc would lose seats to the Liberals.

We'll see how my first online political prediction works out.

thesis published, finally!

After receiving my thesis feedback from Dr. Warley, I wanted to revise my thesis before publishing it. She identified weaknesses in argumentation and style that I would like to eliminate. But I've not revised my thesis and it remains available to few people. So, I've decided to publish it, argumentation and style problems included. Now, if you wanted to know what I worked on for months, you can find out!

Note to English students: if you found this paper, your professor will be able to as well.
